Cu-Rated: A Curated Day in Turtle Bay
Looking for New York Real Estate in Turtle Bay? There is endless information about every neighborhood in New York City, but the best way to get to know a neighborhood is to spend some quality time in it. Experiencing how a place makes you feel cannot be substituted with yelp reviews or NYC statistics. That may seem like a no-brainer if you are looking to move into a neighborhood you’re not familiar with, but it is a step that should not be forgotten as you house hunt.
We have curated a day in the neighborhood of Turtle Bay for those of you that are considering Turtle Bay, New York Real Estate (or could be persuaded). Turtle Bay runs east of Lexington Avenue from about 40th Street to 53rd Street. It’s easily identifiable from the iconic apartment buildings with the “Tudor City” sign on top.

The unassuming exterior gives way to a trendy dining space and bar that will transport you right out of the city. “A friend of mine took me to Totto to celebrate a co-op purchase.”, said Seth. “The experience surprised me and blew my mind. I just had no idea something so special was there.” http://tottoramen.com/menu/

Two of the Cunard Team’s clients have bought co-ops in this unassuming neighborhood in the past two years. However, the area was not even on their radar before visiting. One client was actually considering moving to Queens, but, with Seth’s help, was able to find a one bedroom in Tudor City in her price range, and can now walk to work in less than 20 minutes. No trains!
